Usage includes but is not limited to: Creating courses, enrolling in courses, accessing course content, using AI-generated summaries, saving notes, or utilizing any Pro plan features.
If you have not used the application after purchase and request a refund within the 14-day period, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds: If you have used the application after purchase but cancel within 14 days, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
After 14 Days: For cancellation requests made after the 14-day period, refunds for unused subscription periods will be handled on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods after the initial 14-day cancellation period, except as required by applicable law.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@ytlms.com. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you meet the full refund eligibility criteria above.
All refund requests must be submitted to support@ytlms.com with your order number, the email address used to purchase the product, and confirmation that you have not used the application (if requesting a full refund). We will process your refund request in accordance with this policy.
